You should have 4-6 years of experience in IT consulting with at least 2 years in International market. Strong communication skills and prior experience dealing with clients directly are a must. You should have focused domain expertise in one or more of the following: Insurance/Banking/BioInformatics/SCM/Manufacturing. Strong technical exposure in either ERP/Microsoft/Sun technologies is a plus.

Application Development Group (ADG)
Senior Engineer (Code: JBIND0102ADGSE, Positions:4)
Qualifications : BE/BTech/MCA
You should have 2-5 years experience in Microsoft technologies. Knowledge of Advanced COM/DCOM is a must with at least one project on Microsoft DNA Architecture. Experience or exposure to the .NET framework would be an added advantage. Proficiency in either VC++/VB is a must with at least 1 year on the tool. Your CV needs to include detailed description of your present project and your role in it.

Qualifications : BE/ BTech/ MCA/MBA
You should have 5-9 years experience in Managing large projects. Sound knowledge of Software Engineering fundamentals is a must. Experience handling offshore development projects will be an added advantage. Should be proficient in UML/Microsoft Project. To be considered, you should have strong communication skills and excellent team building capability. Recent exposure to Microsoft Distributed Technologies required.

Qualifications : BE/ BTech/ MCA
You should have 2-4 years experience in Quality Assurance. Sound knowledge of Software Engineering fundamentals is essential. Candidate needs to be a strong team player with a keen eye for excellence. Experience with ISO/SEI CMM is a plus. Should be proficient in using automation tools like Winrunner/SQA Robot. Knowledge of Win32 API's is desired.

Creative Group (CG)
Creative Lead (Code: JBIND0107CDLD, Position:1)
Qualifications : NID/ IDC/ Design Graduates
You should have 2-5 years experience in creative designing. Expertise in Adobe Photoshop/ Pagemaker/ Flash/ Director. Exposure to Dreamweaver or Visual Interdev a must. Knowledge of DHTML is a plus. Candidate should have a strong understanding of Information Architecture. CV must contain an online portfolio or point to some original work.
