The Quality & Knowledge
Group(QKG) is primarily responsible for the quality of
software developed by Acidaes. The group's objective is
to implement Quality Check (QC) and organization-wide
Quality Assurance (QA). QKG uses various testing methodologies
and automation tools to minimize human error associated
with testing. The group works with clients to formulate
standards and test plans that are then used to measure
the quality of ADG deliverables. QKG certifies the product/software
before it's delivered to the client.
The knowledge managers ensure that all learning and assumptions
of a project are well documented. They also work with
the ‘Help’ team to assess the impact and accuracy of the
content. Internally, this group also ensures that our
basic processes are in place to help Acidaes move forward
towards an ISO certification for quality.
