Acidaes offers flexible-pricing models to meet each client's unique requirements. There are three basic pricing formats from which a client can choose one or more combinations. These models are flexible so a client can always change pricing formats during a project to best meet current needs.

Fixed Cost (Turn Key)
   - Most appropriate when a project's scope is well defined.
   - Contract negotiated on a predetermined price
   - Parameters are defined to measure quality and timeframe.
   - The onus of delivery shifts to Acidaes.
   - Deviation from original scope of the project is controlled using a separate contract
   - Deviation agreements are based on impact analysis of the new features or rules

Time & Material
   - Most appropriate when the project's scope is not well defined
   - Client defines and schedules the size and activity of the team
   - Billing done on a predetermined rate/hr per team member
   - Teams can be ramped up in accordance with the workload

Partnership
   - Applicable only to clients who have a history of work with Acidaes
   - Primarily applicable to product companies
   - Acidaes shares risks and cost of development in exchange for discounted equity or      revenue share, as applicable
